
There are absolutely not enough words to truly convey how thankful and appreciative we are of Dunia and Mandy. Their attention to detail, quick problem solving skills, and unique creativeness exceeded our expectations. We were fortunate to have hired Platinum Events Bay Area at the beginning stages of our planning, during a time when we needed help the most. We found ourselves in a "wedding venue nightmare". Once we hired Dunia and Mandy, our plans of a beautiful wedding were instantly transformed into reality. Not only did these two wonderful ladies takes us out of a possible disaster, they were able to turn things around and even save us money and time! With their help, we never felt overly frustrated and they definitely kept us on our toes and on time with deadlines. The day of the wedding went smoothly and was absolutely beautiful. From the gorgeous decor to the timeline, we never once felt overly rushed or short on time. We can honestly say that we enjoyed every moment and the day did not feel like it was gone in a flash. Dunia and Mandy are not only professional, organized, and imaginative, but they are also warm hearted people who felt like friends we had known forever. "I had Dunia and Mandy from Platinum Events coordinate my wedding two weeks ago, and they were fantastic!! I was one of those brides who weren't 100% convinced at first that the day of wedding coordinator was necessary, but I'm so glad that I decided to get professional help on coordination, and I feel lucky that I got introduced to such amazing coordinators like Dunia and Mandy. They were definitely on top of things from beginning to end. Dunia was in contact with me via meetings, phone calls and e-mails to ensure she completely understands what I want my wedding to be like. We did a site visit together where we took a look at the ceremony area, reception hall, and the getting ready room to plan out all the details, and she helped us run the rehearsal successfully. Dunia and Mandy were diligent in contacting all the vendors and ensuring they understand and are committed to the event timeline. Dunia had a lot of great ideas and suggestions for the event I had not thought of, and when there were decisions to be made by me, she was very good at effectively and efficiently presenting all of my options. For example, I asked Dunia and Mandy to display the table numbers, menus, wedding favors and place cards while I was getting ready in the room. Dunia came back with the pictures of a couple different options to set up these items and asked me to pick my favorite. All I had to do was just pick my favorite from the pictures. Throughout the day, there were many instances where she could have easily chosen one way and just go with it, but she made an extra effort to make sure I'm happy with every detail. She didn't miss any of my asks and actually delivered them more than perfectly. No large event like wedding can be held without any issues. I was impressed by how well Dunia handled all the big and small issues that arose during the event. The reception room was planned to be decorated with purple up lights, but the photographer complained that pictures aren't coming out well because of the up lights. Dunia called the flower vendor immediately to figure out how to change the color of the up lights and coordinated with the photographer to change the color of the lights only during key picture-moments such as the cake cutting, first dance and etc. I also had a guest who brought extra family members without prior notice. Dunia quickly figured out the guests who didn't attend the wedding to shift around the sitting and dinner orders to accommodate everyone who attended. Without Dunia and Mandy's help, I would have been under so much stress on my wedding day. Thanks to these ladies, my wedding went very smoothly, and I was completely stress-free. After the wedding, Dunia also sent me a lot of great pictures she took with her cell phone on the weeding day. If I can do my wedding all over again, I will definitely work with Dunia and Mandy again, and I would surely recommend them to all my acquaintances."

"Dunia and Mandy were my wedding coordinators just 3 weeks ago and my wedding went very close to absolutely perfect, granted nothing is perfect, it was damn close. They made sure i wasn't stressed out and that everything ran on time. Timeline was made and edited to our preference as many times as it took to get it right for our needs and that made all the difference. One thing that particularly stood out to me was when I needed help with something to be delivered the night before and even though both girls were busy, one of them sent their husband to handle the job quickly and efficiently. Totally awesome. Their only concern was that we were stress free and that's what mattered to us most. Our wedding turned out beautiful! Thank you Dunia and Mandy for being so awesome!!!"

Dunia is a great coordinator who treats her clients like a family member. The quality of the service she provided us was above and beyond anything that we expected. She was always very responsive to our emails and messages. She even came to my house before the wedding ceremony and made sure my bridal party and I arrived to the ceremony on time. Dunia and Mandy are very nice, friendly, and easy to work with. Its a big deal to have a coordinator who loves her/his job because if your wedding coordinator is unfriendly and difficult to work with, you will be unhappy and VERY stressed! We were very relaxed on our wedding day because we knew Dunia and Mandy were there to help us. If you wish to have a wedding of your dreams and be able to enjoy your wedding day (which by the way flies by very fast), then you absolutely need to hire Platinum Events! "I am so incredibly blessed to have met Dunia! Planning my wedding was excitement and stress all in one. I decided to hire Platinum Events to help with coordinating my wedding and was I in for an amazing surprise! First off, Dunia is such an organized, detailed, kindest, funniest person ever!
